Wilhelm Kralik Söhn, Bohemia (1881 - 1938)
Thanks to excellent research by Alfredo Villanueva (see his website for the original photos) it has been established that the marks below were used on pieces (mainly 'Tango' glassware) known to be from the Kralik glassworks, during the 1920s-30s. They are usually acid-etched, but those on the top row are also known to have occurred printed in dark enamel colours. In the case of the curved marks, the curvature may vary from that shown

Lalique, France (established 1909)
It is practically impossible to date individual Lalique marks, except to say that, in general, marks using the initial R. are pre-1945 (there are exceptions, and on small items where there was limited space, the initial was not used)
N.B. The ® on modern pieces (shown in the illustration at bottom, right) is an international mark which shows that the name 'Lalique' has been registered as a trademark. It should not be confused with the R. on pre-1945 pieces, which represents Lalique's first name 'René'
